2012 National Lutheran Secretariat Annual Meeting
July 26-29, 2012 at Regis University Denver Co

You won't want to miss it, so make your plans to attend now!

The event begins with Orientation at 11:00am on Thursday, July 26 and will conclude with worship the morning of Sunday, July 29.

2012 marks the 40th anniversary of the first Lutheran weekends in the US.

We will consider these questions "What does it mean to be Lutheran?" and "So are our weekends ecumenical or Lutheran?"

Several 2011 attendees suggested having a future seminar about training.  We heard you and your wish is coming true!  Greg Engroff, the International Lay Director of Emmaus and Chrysalis, will join us for the weekend.  Greg implemented a training program that has helped Emmaus communities get back to the core of the Roman Catholic Cursillo spiritual renewal experience, the very movement from which we also grew.  We think you'll find a treasure in hearing from and visiting with Greg.

The Host Committee will provide transportation between Regis University and Denver International Airport (DEN).  So go ahead and make those travel plans now.

Theme verse:
"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing,
give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Do not quench the Spirit."
1 Thessalonians 5:16-19
